Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Introduction

Quodari is committed to providing a safe and secure platform that protects children from harm, exploitation, and abuse. We have a strict policy prohibiting any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and implemented several measures to prevent, detect, and report such content or activities on our platform.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Quodari enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including but not limited to:

  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.

  • Any attempt to groom, solicit, or engage minors in inappropriate conversations or activities.

  • The sharing, storage, or transmission of CSAM in any form.

  • The use of the platform for the recruitment or facilitation of child trafficking or exploitation.

3. Reporting

To uphold child safety standards, Quodari employs the following measures:

  • User Reporting Mechanisms: Users can report any suspected CSAE content through:

    • the platform, using the 'Report' function that is available on every piece of content.

    • the platform, using the 'Feedback' function

    • the website, using the general contact form

  • Collaboration with Authorities: When users report a suspected CSAE content, we will perform an investigation. In case we judge the content is indeed suspected, we will contact local authorities in The Netherlands and report the matter. We will also contact the owner of the content, and if not the same, also the owner of the workspace in which the content has been posted.

  • We will take CSAM content offline, and if we will block access to the account of the owner of the content.

  • However we will keep the content available for legal investigation.

4. Compliance with Child Protection Laws

Quodari adheres to relevant local and international regulations concerning child safety, including:

  • The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

  • The U.K. Online Safety Act

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for children

  • Other applicable laws that mandate the protection of minors online

5. User Guidelines & Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, the following guidelines are strictly enforced:

  • Service conditions: When signing up to Quodari, users accept the service conditions. In the service conditions, the user agrees not to store, share or publish any content using the Quodari platform that is in breach of the law of the Netherlands.

  • Enforcement Actions: Users involved in CSAE-related activities will face user bans and will be reported to authorities.
